You can find wild food and medicine nearly anywhere. This Elderflower I'm gathering is from a spot that is one of my favorites, and it's right in the heart of the city! This little garlic mustard is at the primo stage for harvesting! The leaves will still be tender and not to bitter and if you like a hit of bitterness with strong garlic notes, the floret is a delicious vegetable.
